I woke up late since I went to bed late. I had breakfast after exercising and had 4 meals in total. I drank 16 glasses of water and 16 glasses of hibiscus water. I am very tired right now because tomorrow we are celebrating mother's day with a picnic and all my family and have been making preparations with mom all day.
I am very happy because up to this day I have los 900 grams and I'm reaching my goal at a very fast pace, honestly I believe I set a very low goal because I want to stay motivated and achieve what I want and keep psetting more goals. I have done this before and want to keep record because I believe that if I work hard this will be the last time I start and the first I stay on track. I am happy and want to continue to see great results and change my lifestyle for the better.
