The Fit Chic Lifestyle For Busy Women

What a day! I was feeling like throwing in the towel but there was nothing I could do since I was already up and wide awake. I weighed myself and found out I lost 400 grams. I currently weigh 77.6 kg and my goal is to reach 76 by May 31st, Oh God that’s in four days!! The date is approaching fast and my results are not what they should be. I am convinced I can make it and I have been making extra efforts to stay on track and get my results as I have set them.

I put on my running clothes, drank a glass of water, prepared my bottle of water and turned on the water heater. I ran for 35 minutes and I have to say this morning I could tell I was running faster than when I started. I finished and did abs training and stretching, I’m really happy because I can tell I have started to regain my flexibility.

After my workout I took a shower and at 7:30 I had breakfast. I ate melon, milk and an egg white and cereal with yogurt. I was late for work because I had not prepared my hard-boiled eggs and I remembered really late but I couldn’t leave without them because I know that if I do not take a meal with me I’m at risk of leaving my entire program behind and eating whatever gets in my way, but not anymore, I’m watching!

At 9:30 I attended a meeting which lasted until around 11 am. At that time I ate some more melon, some cereal and my hard-boiled egg whites. It was good that I ate a little later tha usual because I resisted hunger until 2:30 when I had lunch. We usually go out to the mall and eat at the food court. I have been really disciplined about buying junk food mainly because I know it is expensive and it won’t help me achieve my goals. After lunch I had a small piece of dark chocolate with almonds  yummy!

On Wednesdays I do not teach class so today I headed straight home after work. I met my boyfriend on the way and we went to buy a lottery ticket and pick up some shoes I had left for repairs. We got home at 7 and ate. I ate, like yesterday a meatball stuffed with a hard boiled egg and some beans but before, on the way home I ate a carrot. I took a nap of about 1 hour because my head had started to ache. After that Glenn started working out and I sat there with him on the gym reading my book.

At 9 I went to the store to buy tuna, onion, tomatoes and parsley. I prepared two different salads, one for me and one for Glenn. Mine had tuna, apple, lemon, celery, onion and tomato. It was delicious. My cousin Paulina gave me this recipe. She told me to use lettuce but I didn’t have any and I had celery so I chose to include it. This last meal was at 9:30 and then at 10:15 I did 30 minutes of steps while watching TV. I drank 18 glasses of water all through the day. My headache has not gone away, I hope to sleep it off.
