The Fit Chic Lifestyle For Busy Women

Since last night I was really tired I could not get up to exercise this morning, I had a clean breakfast, cereal with milk and an apple. I went to work. At work I drank a lot of water because I wanted to level myself since I did not drink enough water yesterday, just 4 glasses.

At 11 I ate the usual, first my fruit and then my ham rolls. For my third meal I had some casserole I cooked with carrots, pork and zucchini, some brown rice and a cheese crêpe. Today’s class was canceled so I left work until 7 pm. After that I went to my boyfriend’s house and we had a quesadilla with meat and after that had dinner at a small restaurant where we had pork tacos. Very delicious. Again I did not exercise because I still felt tired. I went to bed at 11 pm, my dinner was at 8 so it was ok but not perfect.
