The Fit Chic Lifestyle For Busy Women

Today I woke up at 5:30 because I had to go to Mexico City for a meeting from work. I had to be at my office at 6:45 so we’d be on time because the meeting started at 8:00. I only ate an apple because I was running late. I was starving all morning. At around 10:30 or 11 I ate another apple and that was it, I didn’t take anything else with me and neither did I know what time we were going to eat. After some time my stomach calmed down and I forgot I had not eaten. I did not want to buy myself cookies or anything else, they are big temptations for me and once I start it’s like a downfall.

At 2:30 we went to have lunch, we has noodle soup with ham, rice, beans and breaded chicken breast. It was delicious, I really enjoyed it, I wasn’t very full so I did not feel so bad. The meeting was over at 4:30 when we went to visit one of the stores of the company in a nearby mall; it is the biggest and newest. My boyfriend was going to pick me up there and we were coming back to Toluca together. He arrived at 6:30 and we went to have dinner, we had sushi and an ice-cream after that we headed back home. I did not eat anything else for the rest of the day.

I went to bed very early because I was really tired, it was an exhausting day. I planned on coming back home and exercising but it was really crazy, I was really drained. I drank only 4 glasses of water today.
