
At 6 am I woke up and went outside to run. I really enjoyed it. Who would have thought that you can get to really love something you once hated or considered boring? Well, It's possible specially if it helps you achieve your goals and your dreams.
After my run I came back inside the house and weighed myself. I gained 600 grams since day 16 but I feel and look thinner so Those grams do not discourage me. One of the things I learned from all the times I've done research and read diet and fat loss books is that one of the best ways to keep track of your results is to use more than one point of reference to check results. Right now I'm using pictures, weight and the way my clothes fit. At this point it is becoming very easy to notice the chances because all my clothes were really tight when I started and now they are starting to feel a little looser. Thanks!!! As I have been doing this seriously for 18 days it is important to keep record of everything I can so later I have information to compare my results to. Bottom line is, I feel my thighs a liitle slimmer and I feel full of energy.
For breakfast I had one cup of milk, 1 cup pf cereal and an apple. Up to that point I had drank 3 glasses of water.
10:00 I had a kiwi fruit and a carrott. I've had 6 glasses of water. I am really cold and I go to the bathroom very often jejejejejeje.
11:00 I ate 3 hard-boiled egg whites.
12:30 I'm hungry!!! AH! I believe It is because I ran this morning. My friend Mariana, the nutritionist used to tell me that when I run or exercise I have to eat carbs and I haven't eaten starches since this morning, just the cup of cereal. I have to confess, I ate a candy jejejejeje. Oops.

2:30 I ate with my friends from work, I had some brown rice, pork and vegetables and beans. It was very good!
Later today I had my fifth meal, ham rolls with cheese. I am going to bed early because tomorrow I have to wake up early to go to a meeting in Mexico City, I'm not so happy because I won't be able to work out, If I wanted to I had to get up at 5 am and that's too early for me!
