Wow, today I am really tired and it's time to go to bed but not before I record all the things I did today to reach my goal. I got up at 9 am and ran my usual laps with my mother this time. I finished with ab crunches and stretching. For breakfast I had a caserole I had prepared earlier this week. I had eggs, fish and some vegetables. I repeated this lunch later. At 6 pm I had brown rice, egg whites, beans and some cheese oh and some avocado. I went to the supermarket walking then came back and prepared another caserole that will do for three days, salad for two days and my ham and cheese rolls for the week. I had rice, beans and a hard boiled egg for dinner. Throughout the day I drank 18 glasses of water. In the morning I did not weigh myself but I did take some pictures after working out. I feel better and I believe I am making progress at a good steady pace, slow but steady.
I'll write tomorrow with some more news. Excelent news I hope.
