Today I woke up very late, at 11 am. I had to go to mexico city to visit some stores as part of my job. Since I was in a hurry for breakfast i ate 1 cup of papaya and a frozen pizza I had on the freezer. Later I continued my bad eating with a pice of chocolate pastry but threw it away half eaten. When I met my friend she had brought me some cookies, I ate three and saved the rest for later. I also ate an apple. When we were arriving at the sotre I bought myself a bottle of water. We walked for over three hours. after we completed our task we headed back home we were starving and ate a personal pizza. On the bus back home we shared a sandwich her boyfriend had prepared for her.
I drank 1 lt of water and 1 lt of mineral water. for dinner I had 3 tacos and cereal with milk. I really did not eat right tocday but I'm not going to let this throw me off course. I keep motivated since this is what I want.
