The Fit Chic Lifestyle For Busy Women

I woke up at 6 am. Since I stayed over with my mother I could not workout if I wanted to arrive on time at work For breakfast I had a mango, a piece of toast and two egg whites, Three hours later, in the office I had 1 cup of papaya and 3 hard boiled egg whites. At 2:30 i went to have lunch and ate meat salad and tortillas also a glass of jelly. At 6 pm I had cheese and ham rolls and forgot to eat my carrots. later I went with my boyfriend and ate 2 tamales, jejeje I should not have done that. I drank 10 glasses of water.
