The Fit Chic Lifestyle For Busy Women

Today I got up at 6 am and went for a run. I did 5 laps walking and then 10 laps running and repeated this six times changing the direction I was going. After running I did 14 minutes of wii fit. Yoga, so I could stretch after running. Finally, I weighed myself and lost 1 kg. WOW!!! I weigh 77.9 kg. I was extatic, absolutely happy and surprised.
During the day I ate clean and drank lots of water. I have a water bottle or container that holds 3 glasses of water. I drink one in the morning during my workouts and I try to drink 3 or 4 at work and take one with me to drink during the evening, before I go to bed. I really enjoy it.
I went to the mall with my boyfriend and dined some grilled cheese, here they just serve you the cheese, nothing more.
