The Fit Chic Lifestyle For Busy Women

I did not exercise this morning . I believe I was feeling very low because of the weight gain 500 gram yesterday and this morning 300 grams more. I still ate clean and drank a lot of water. It is good that I am preparing my meals in advance because like this I have everything ready for the week and there is no way I am going to let food spoil in the fridge.
I decided to continue my journey later that day, when I was on my way home after I finished working. I ran for an hour from 8 to nine pm and after finishing I took two pictures of me. Here they are:


Well, I feel I am making progress and I am getting the results that are relevant to the efforts I am making. What I get are only results so if I want to get the results I feel like I have to push myself harder.
