Today I did 23 minutes of exercise on my Wii Fit. it was only aerobic excersice. I did boxing an hula hoops. I ate clean and drank plenty of water. this morning I weighed 78.6 kg. I gained 500 grams since yesterday. I felt like falling off the wagon because of the weight gain but I keep going because I remembered I could be retaining water since I did not drink enough yesterday and did not eat clean so I keep going for my goal.
