This morning I did not workout again, I have fallen into the delight of sleeping, I just love it, but what I also love is the fact that I can see results of my efforts. Ok, so I did not wake up early, actually I set my alarm for 6:30 and took a shower at 7 after waiting for the hot water. I had chocolate cereal and milk for breakfast while rushing to work because I was late.

Since last night I was really tired I could not get up to exercise this morning, I had a clean breakfast, cereal with milk and an apple. I went to work. At work I drank a lot of water because I wanted to level myself since I did not drink enough water yesterday, just 4 glasses.

Today I woke up at 5:30 because I had to go to Mexico City for a meeting from work. I had to be at my office at 6:45 so we’d be on time because the meeting started at 8:00. Today I got up at 6 am and went for a run. I did 5 laps walking and then 10 laps running and repeated this six times changing the direction I was going. After running I did 14 minutes of wii fit. Yoga, so I could stretch after running. Finally, I weighed myself and lost 1 kg. WOW!!! I weigh 77.9 kg. I was extatic, absolutely happy and surprised.

I did not exercise this morning . I believe I was feeling very low because of the weight gain 500 gram yesterday and this morning 300 grams more. I still ate clean and drank a lot of water. It is good that I am preparing my meals in advance because like this I have everything ready for the week and there is no way I am going to let food spoil in the fridge.

Today I did 23 minutes of exercise on my Wii Fit. it was only aerobic excersice. I did boxing an hula hoops. I ate clean and drank plenty of water. this morning I weighed 78.6 kg. I gained 500 grams since yesterday. I felt like falling off the wagon because of the weight gain but I keep going because I remembered I could be retaining water since I did not drink enough yesterday and did not eat clean so I keep going for my goal.

Ok. On this day I did not public my results but I am doing it on day 9. On tge morning of day 7 I weighed 78 kg, lost 300 gr from the day before. I did 20 minutes of fast paced walking and 20 minutes of yoga and strength training. i drank 14 glasses of water. Had 4 meals and dined some corn and had a lollipop. Seven days after begining I have lost 700 grams.
