Ok so this day I gained 100 grams. I think it is due to the fact that I had a very heavy dinner and ate more than I had to to stay in calorie deficit. In the morning I did 20 minutes of fast paced walking and 20 minutes of strength training.

Hello there!
If you thought I had already fallen of the wagon, you are mistaken! I'm still quite motivated and right on track. Yesterday I couldn't post my results because I got home at 10 pm, had to watch one of my TV shows and went straight to bed. Well, Hello!!! Today was mi fifth day and my exercise routine was pretty much as yesterday's. What I do is I change the yoga movements and the strength exercises too. I had 4 meals today and felt really hungry, but what i believe is the reason for this is because I have to adjust to my calorie deficit, but I have done this before and believe I should have some more food because I was getting hungry after just two hours or less. Here I am am at the end of the free eight week program. Ok So I wieghed in at 153 lbs. My measurements are as follows Bust 35" Waist 29.5" and Hips 38". I am very satisfied with my results. Well here I am again, i hope someone is reading this. Its been another 2 weeks on the fit chic program. Here's my stats. Weight 153 lbs. Bust 35.5" Waist 30" and hips 38". I am feeling great and seeing my body change is amazing. This fits into my life so easily. Yeah!

Well, I am pleased to say I am still on track. I have lost 1 more lb. I amnow at 155 lbs. My clothes are getting looser and looser. I am into my skinny jeans. Mostly I am noticing how firm I am. My tricepts are barely jiggly. I am so much stronger. I am starting to see definition in my arms, back, butt and legs. I am getting compliments as well. I cannot say enough about this program. Ok so here I am ready to make my goals public, I've posted my photos, I am writing my goal here. I hope at least a few people read it.
I started fit chic on July 29 2008. I did have to take about 6 days off due to illness.
I am now beginning week 4 of the fit chic program.

I know, I know, the 100 days are not over yet, however I am finishing my diet. I could not achieve the result I wanted. I am so happy. Hope that we have not measured my body fat in the wrong way or something :) (My husand helps me to measure my body fat.).My weight is 75.1 kgs/165.3pounds My body fat% From 41.1% it went down to 38.5% LBM: 47kg/103.6pounds. I am just struggling with eating right. Even though my diet program used to be easy, it is not any more :( It is difficult for me to keep this diet (which is part of a lifestyle in reality).The diet part is mainly about eating carbohydrates mainly in the first half of the day, and protein during the rest of the day. Huh ...it all went pretty well :) Friday is a busy day for me so I try to do my cardio exercise while walking to and from school. The other days are more free so I can do weight training as well. I will use my fitness DVDs (there is a very weight traning on at least one of the DVDs) and your videos.
