Hey Scott. Actually was giving myself the lecture this morning about getting off my butt and get HEALTHY! Opened my email, there you are. Log into Twitter... there you are! I took it as a sign it was time to join your group, so this was step one :) Thanks for being so AWESOME and so inspiring!
Yeah, our health is compromised if we barely leave our desks and put up all that weight. It sure is great to watch you guys get such amazing results from these 10 min workouts. Everyone can spare 10 mins even in a busy day.
I am taking those 10 mins tomorrow first thing BEFORE starting my laptop.
I ll keep you updated.
Thanks for all the support and encouragement!
Yeah, see, I used to feel comfortable in my own skin, mostly. ;) But now I hide in my home, I avoid doing what I love and working with people. This is just not cool Scott....I have GOT to get things in order by August...any chance of this? ;)
I've eaten pretty well today...chicken, brown rice, oatmeal and berries, salad, and tonight will be salmon, salad & broccoli. I worked out this morning. I NEVER wait until the next day if I've screwed up--I just keep going and eat the next meal as usual. That is one thing I've learned!
Thank you for your nice comments. It really was a bad week. I ate chocolate, pizza, had one beer, a brownie, about 6 cookies, a couple handsful of chips. That's about it. I DID keep up my exercise schedule, but ate crappy. Tomorrow starts another week! I'm ready for it!
