Boy am i more motivated now. Yesterday i saw a photo of myself taken last week at our work conference.. it was Yuck.. so I got our web guy to photo shoot a copy - trimming me down in all areas.. now i have a now & after photo. One copy is on my office wall hidden from most but not me and the other copy is on my bathroom mirror. it is to motivate me to put gym gear in the car each morning. which i did today.
will be going to the gym in a few hours. I am going to follow the Fitchic fat burning 10minute program for 12 weeks to reach my goal of the trimmer body.. hehe Will be easy to fit 10mins of exercise into my day. I am aiming to make it a habit.

About Me:
I am married mother, and I joined this community to get some workout ideas as a busy mother and wife. Even though my son was born on 6 December 2006 (Santa Claus's day, I am Hungarian, living in Hungary :))) ). I could not get into shape after the delivery. OK, I have hypothyroidism, but being and remaining fat is mostly if not totally my fault! So I decided to take action, I want to shed 6 kg by 1 June, most of which must be fat!!

Result...

I know, I know, the 100 days are not over yet, however I am finishing my diet. I could not achieve the result I wanted. In fact I haven't achieved anything yet.(I was stagnating after the initial success). Plus my diet is getting increasingly difficult to maintain. Progress :)

I am so happy. Hope that we have not measured my body fat in the wrong way or something :) (My husand helps me to measure my body fat.).My weight is 75.1 kgs/165.3pounds My body fat% From 41.1% it went down to 38.5% LBM: 47kg/103.6pounds. This happened within a month. I hope my progress is going to continue. I ish I has more time for exercising though :)) This is the toughest part of all nowadays.

Diet problems

I am just struggling with eating right. Even though my diet program used to be easy, it is not any more :( It is difficult for me to keep this diet (which is part of a lifestyle in reality).The diet part is mainly about eating carbohydrates mainly in the first half of the day, and protein during the rest of the day. 1st day

Huh ...it all went pretty well :) Friday is a busy day for me so I try to do my cardio exercise while walking to and from school. The other days are more free so I can do weight training as well. I will use my fitness DVDs (there is a very weight traning on at least one of the DVDs) and your videos. As for cardio I either use my stepping machine in the evening or I take a brisk walk with my child in the push chair. at least for 30 minutes. The day of decision.

Well today, I finally made up my mind to lose those pounds (sorry but we make measurements in kilograms and we use the metric system in general), I think it is 33 pounds, approximately 15 kgsand/or 6% body fat.
