Think about it...you have 24 hours in your day....what will you DO with it? Will you put 20 minutes aside to get in an effective workout? Will you stop making excuses and just get your cardio in? Will you get up 15 minutes earlier to ride your bike or do some other form of cardio? Will you choose water instead of pop? Will you choose more vegetables instead of extra helping of potatoes? Will you eat breakfast? Remember little changes add up to HUGE results.
So tell me - WHAT WILL YOU DO TODAY to start a habit to form??
I just came back from vacation so I am ready to get serious with my training again.
This is what I did today:
I worked out my legs/butt following Nick Nilsson's program. I then did some ab exercises and some push ups. I was outside doing this, while my kids were playing in the sprinkler. I was excited to do the workout because I changed my surroundings and I knew that once I was done I was going to join my children in their fun!
