Hello Fit Chics! How is everyone doing with the Firm Butt Challenge? I was wondering if anyone is following the Advanced 20 Minute Home Workout? I am really enjoying the challenge and SEEING the FIRM results. I was wondering how you are doing and maybe we can share some ideas and/or insights...have an awesome day!
Unfortunately, life events have taken me out of the groove the past week(sick for nearly three days then was moving and unpacking the whole of last week). I was basically bouncing between beginner and intermediate workouts as some of the intermediate exercises I wasn't strong enough for. I really need to "get my butt in gear" and finish out this first six weeks strong.
