I'm starting my first week of the Fat Burning phase from Fit Chic. Today I did back and chest.
You have listed to do 'Dec Chest Press.' I looked in my exercise e-book but didn't see any exercise like that. I was thinking the the 'Dec' was for decline but then that would make the exercise a decline bench press, no?
Well, I did the chest press machine today and got in a good workout overall. When you say twenty minute workouts you aren't kidding. I warm up for 5 minutes on the elliptical and then stretch for about 3 to 5 minutes after my workout then leave. And there were still the same folks on the treadmill when I got there and when I left. LOL! I bet they thought I did get in a 'real' workout. Hee hee...we'll see who's buff by the middle of the summer. ;)
HI Kimberly...this is Angie here and ' yes' the 'dec' is for decline bench press. However, you
can do just your regular chest press and that will be just as effective.

Yes, the short, effective workouts just ROCK,don't they? I love that I can get my workout done in 20 minutes!!
